Patrick McMillan
Patrick McMillan is a Data Assistant for Agri-food Data Canada, and his work focuses on using R Shiny to develop data visualization apps to enable researchers to interact with different data sources allowing them to discover trends within data. Patrick is a PhD student in bioinformatics at the University of Guelph. He received his Master’s degree in statistics in 2019, where he researched the impact of surfacing mining on aquatic ecosystems in Alberta.
